Due to postal services, mail-in returns will not be accepted.

Online purchases can be returned or exchanged in-store within 10 days.

We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment.

Returns must have tags attached and must have the sales receipt to process.

The following items are non-returnable: Accessories, Hats, White or Crochet Items and Sale Items.
