Returns

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original delivery date.

Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.Return eligibility is based on the original order delivery date.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $10 return shipping fee and any original shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your store credit.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping and any original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your store credit.

The following items are non-returnable: Accessories, Hats, Shoes, White or Crochet Items and Sale Items.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled.
